  • Shipping

    We ship work domestically and internationally with freight companies and art handlers whom we have built reliable relationships with.  Shipping costs are quoted on a project to project basis. Local deliveries are often made by our team.

  • Lead Times

    Reed runs a small operation which aids in ensuring all of his pieces are produced at the upmost quality. Because of this lead times can vary anywhere from 8-24 weeks, please contact Reed to discuss current lead times for your project. 

  • Refunds / Returns

    Because our work is made to order we do not offer returns or refunds.  We do however stand by the quality of our pieces and will work with you to correct any damage that occurs in pieces through normal wear and tear.

  • Care

    Wood is a natural material and needs to be cared for to best ensure its longevity. Dust regularly and clean with a damp cloth, for more stubborn stains use warm soapy water. Never use wood / furniture cleaning products. Environments with a consistent humidity (35-55%) and temperature (60°F-80°F) are best, wood is photo sensitive and ultraviolet rays will affect the appearance of the wood over time.

  • Payment Methods

    We accept payment via check, wire transfer or ACH payment through our invoices.

  • Trade Discounts

    Trade discounts are offered and reviewed on a case by case basis.
